Expected Responsibilities

  • Issue Triage and Technical Support: Act as the first point of contact for identifying and troubleshooting database-related issues. Prioritize and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer and Internal Support: Respond to customer inquiries and support tickets with technical guidance and solutions. Work closely with the agency to understand requirements and deliver support needed for database and application functionalities.
  • T-SQL Development: Develop and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers for data manipulation and to support application needs.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain clear documentation for database setups, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in MS SQL Server database administration and T-SQL programming
  • Ability to effectively triage and resolve complex database issues.
  • Familiarity with .NET framework and its integration with MS SQL Server
