Position
The Talent Acquisition Analyst (Junior Recruiter) will have the opportunity to do exciting and transformational work responsible for a proactive recruitment strategy for professionals across the organization. This role is focused on generating diverse candidate slates, pipelining for critical roles and functions, and institutionalizing proactive recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Work with internal clients to understand the business, meet hiring volumes, headcount goals and gather key input for candidate slate
- Own posting, screening, assessment, and interview process for various business functions, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
- Own the offer process, partnering closely with internal clients, ensuring expectations are aligned for both parties
- Generate diverse candidate slates using various research methodologies, including LinkedIn, internet research, etc.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal clients
- Track and report on progress for active roles
- Assist in the management of Summer Analyst hiring and recruitment strategy
- Ad-hoc projects as needed
- 1-3 years’ experience of full life cycle, corporate/agency recruiting, or related experience preferably within a financial services organization
- Understanding of one or more financial services businesses, including asset management, wealth management, family office, and/or investment banking
- Experience with recruitment tools, technologies, and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, iCIMS and/or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Interviewing and assessing for both technical expertise and personal/stylistic attributes
- Adaptable, comfortable in ambiguity. Knows how to solve problems, communicate ideas, drive agendas, and build consensus
- Intellectually curious, global perspective, high energy, driven, ambitious, commercial; wants to win and works well in fast-paced environment
- High level of technical capabilities and proficiency across full Microsoft Office suite
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
