• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to closing.
• Demonstrate expertise in sourcing candidates using various methods, including headhunting, social media, referrals (internal and external), and job boards.
• Qualify requirements, secure commitment, and agree on timescales with precision.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of a seamless recruitment service.
• Understand the business needs and individual hiring manager requirements, effectively matching Resumes to these needs.
• Possess a solid understanding of interview fundamentals.
• Conduct thorough closing calls, providing hiring managers with insights and addressing any concerns.
• Engage stakeholders by effectively presenting and advocating for candidates.
• Fully comprehend the recruiter’s role and articulate it persuasively, along with explaining what sets Phaidon International apart in the market
