Are you a dynamic and strategic talent acquisition professional looking to make a significant impact in a thriving organization? Hire Strategies is currently searching for a driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment efforts of one of our client partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team, driving innovative recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Collaboration: Partner with HR and other departments to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
  • Training and Development: Deliver training on effective interviewing and candidate experience to hiring managers and teams.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Analyze and report on recruitment and talent development metrics, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Policy and Process Innovation: Lead the creation and redesign of recruitment policies and processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Full Talent Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire talent management lifecycle, including attraction, selection, performance management, retention, and development.
  • Onboarding and Development: Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and ongoing development opportunities for all employees.
  • Branding Initiatives: Partner on the development and implementation of employment brand initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously review and improve recruitment processes based on feedback and industry trends.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the recruiting and development budget.

What We're Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 7+ years in talent management, development, and acquisition. PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills. Ability to analyze metrics and implement improvements.
