As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be responsible for development and implementation of recruitment and employment programs. You’ll manage recruiters and support personnel, acting as a coach and mentor. You’ll also troubleshoot day-to-day issues associated with aging requisitions and manages escalated issues with hiring managers. It’s a career that develops as you do, with opportunities to grow.

What Our Talent Acquistion Managers Enjoy Most
- Identifying additional sourcing techniques that recruiters should apply when sourcing
- Providing guidance to team members on their own career development plans
- Monitoring recruitment and outreach activities to ensure compliance with EEO, FCC and OFCCP guidelines
- Evaluating recruiting and outreach efforts to assess effectiveness and improve the process
- Analyzing recruiting data and results and comparing strategy and targets
- Sourcing, recruiting, screening, selecting, and interviewing potential candidate
Required Qualifications
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
- Experience: Human Resources or Recruiting experience 5+ years
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Technical skills: Can use personal computer and software applications (i.e. Word processing, spreadsheet, etc.) Knowledge of broadband products and services. Expert knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies. Expert knowledge of staffing and employment practices. Knowledge of market compensation trends
- Skills: Written and verbal communication skills.
- Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Can maintain confidentiality of information. Can supervise and motivate others. Can handle multiple projects and tasks and meet deadlines. Can make decisions and work collaboratively with others to solve problems. Can prioritize and organize effectively. Can analyze and interpret data. Can effectively present information to management.
- Travel Ability: Office environment
- Management or leadership experience 2+ years
