Job Description

Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Augmentjobs, you will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment strategy and ensuring the acquisition of top talent across various departments. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice on candidate selection and hiring processes.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for talent acquisition strategies.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of Augmentjobs' employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling a wide range of positions, including senior-level roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and legal compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing recruitment challenges.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in talent acquisition for technology or high-growth companies.
  • Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
