Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner who will work and network to attract new hires. The ideal candidate will conduct themselves in a professional manner and display timely and accurate communication skills to assist various departments (such as Safety and Operations) and coworkers as required. This position will assist with hourly, salary, co-op/internship students and play a key role workforce development.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assists in the Implementation of Recruiting Strategy (initial contact through hire)
  • Assists Talent Manager in Selection Process
  • Active participation in the new hire process and onboarding of new co-workers.
  • Keeps accurate records and is proficient in ATS software
  • Participates in Training and Certifications
  • Recruiting of diverse talent with focus on both active and passive candidates.
  • Attends job fairs, recruiting events, college and High school functions, etc.



Required Skills

  • Must be fluent in Spanish both written and spoken
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Well organized and a planner
  • Self-motivated...will have an opportunity to grow the role
  • Strong communicator to all levels of the organization (speaker and listener)
  • People Focused-Passion for finding talent and developing people
  • Caring but direct, not afraid of dealing with difficult situations
  • Strong Networking and communication skills


Desirable Experience

  • Understanding of construction workforce dynamics and diversity
  • Recruiting / human resources background
  • Active member of the Hispanic community
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, the ability to have integrity when working with confidential information.
