Job Description

Overview: Augmentjobs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a focus on E-commerce to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to onboarding. This role requires a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape and the ability to identify candidates who will thrive in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates for e-commerce roles.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top e-commerce talent, utilizing social media, job boards, networking, and other channels.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, provide insights, and deliver top-tier candidates.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance Augmentjobs' employer brand in the e-commerce sector by promoting a positive candidate experience and actively participating in industry events and job fairs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay updated on trends in the e-commerce job market and provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to leadership on hiring progress and challenges.
  • Onboarding: Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, facilitating their integration into the company culture.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for e-commerce or digital roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the e-commerce industry, including knowledge of key roles, skills, and trends.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Proven ability to source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other digital tools to streamline the hiring process.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
