Key Responsibilities

Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top e-commerce talent, utilizing social media, job boards, networking, and other channels.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, provide insights, and deliver top-tier candidates.
Employer Branding: Enhance Augmentjobs' employer brand in the e-commerce sector by promoting a positive candidate experience and actively participating in industry events and job fairs.
Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to stay updated on trends in the e-commerce job market and provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates, from initial contact through onboarding.
Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process, ensuring equal opportunities for all candidates.
Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to leadership on hiring progress and challenges.
Onboarding: Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, facilitating their integration into the company culture.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for e-commerce or digital roles.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the e-commerce industry, including knowledge of key roles, skills, and trends.
Sourcing Expertise: Proven ability to source and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.
