Demonstrate a proven ability to recruit for a wide variety of roles with the company's Talent Acquisition Business Partner. In this high-profile role, you be part of the company's Talent Acquisition team in managing the hiring needs for the company’s US groups and subsidiaries. Your full life cycle recruiting experience, networking abilities and relationship management skills will deliver a premier service to meet our hiring managers' need. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Shared ownership of the US recruiting strategy
  • Full cycle recruitment for a variety of exempt and non-exempt roles
  • Partnership with the HR Business Partner plus hiring managers to understand hiring needs, craft unique job descriptions, source and interview candidates, and drive the process until a hiring decision is made and we've brought the new hire on board
  • Managing and posting requisitions and reviewing applications through UKG (formerly UltiPro) applicant tracking system
  • Previous experience managing recruiting partnerships and vendors will allow you to build an on-demand bench of talent that will amplify your own recruiting bandwidth when needed.
  • Travel to College campuses for career fairs and networking events.

Qualifications and Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

  • 3-5 years of full cycle experience recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions
  • Proficient with a variety of sourcing channels and techniques for hard to fill positions
  • Prior experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office 365
  • Prior experience using an applicant tracking system, UKG (formerly UltiPro) preferably
  • College degree preferred or certifications in HR-related field

Salary $75k, in office 4 -5 days/week
