Job Summary
We are currently partnering with an educational organization seeking to hire a temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist for a duration of 3 to 6 months. This role offers a hybrid work schedule with 2 days per week in the office, and operates Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM. The ideal candidate should possess 2 - 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.

Responsibilities
Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various education-related positions within an early educational setting, including teachers, teacher assistants, food service staff, and maintenance personnel.
Generate and maintain reports on candidate interview statistics for each open requisition, including reasons for non-offer decisions where applicable.
Track and report on time-to-fill metrics and the percentage of filled versus unfilled positions.
Verify credentials during the onboarding process.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
2 - 5 years of demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting.
Proficiency with Workday HRIS/ATS systems.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred.
Previous experience in recruiting for the education sector is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong technological proficiency.
Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
