Tax Director/Partner - Flexible Hours

We are looking for a Director/Partner level Tax Executive who is experienced in overseeing tax engagements from start to finish including budgeting, staffing, planning, production, first-level or final review, total work quality, and profitability. At our firm, we care about your work-life balance. We offer a flexible work schedule along with half days off in the summer. What You Will Be Doing

• Oversee tax engagements from start to finish including budgeting, staffing, planning, production, first-level or final review, total work quality, and profitability
• Hold primary client responsibility, and, in some cases, oversee specific areas of client service
• Complete preparation of more complex tax returns, reviewing easy to medium returns and researching technical issues
• Aid business development with clients and non-clients to expand our practice, and beginning to develop prospects
• Concentrate on practice development with both prospective and existing clients
  
  

What You Need for this Position

• 5+ years of Public Accounting experience
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• Experience preparing and reviewing complex returns
• Strong working knowledge of tax law and other professional standards/regulations
