Seeking Teacher to join our team in support of the DoD sponsored STARBASE STEM Learning program located at Patrick SFB (Satellite Beach, FL). This program was developed to encourage at risk youth (5th Graders), to explore STEM activities as they continue their education and plan their career path.
This is a full-time 40 hour per week, Jan-Dec year round opportunity to include summer curriculum.
BS Degree and 3+ years experience as an educator/teacher. STEM disciplines/experience is a plus.
Experience working with technology such as Laptops, iPads, Smartboards, 3D printers, robots, etc. and proficiency in MS Office applications is highly desired.
You will be subject to a full background investigation required for youth educators in Florida.
STARBASE is all on-site work--remote work is NOT authorized.
