YOUR MISSION:

  • Set priorities for BI and technical teams in support of strategic organizational objectives
  • Develop a collaborative relationship with technical and non-technical teams to promote efficiency and effective communication
  • Own and elevate the portfolio of business-facing BI: reporting tools, Power BI Service landscape, data literacy resources, etc.
  • Drive advanced analytics and AI initiatives in partnership with the Technology organization that optimize time-to-value
  • Partner with local and global teams to drive results and reduce redundancy
  • Coach and develop a team of direct reports to support conversion of data to insight

YOUR TALENT:

  • 7+ years in a data based role with experience managing people
  • Ability to build phased roadmaps for the short and mid term
  • Strong communication verbally, in writing, and via presentation to technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Working knowledge of Azure architecture for data storage, data pipelines, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Advanced Analytics (R, Python, Machine Learning)
  • SAP S/4HANA experience is helpful
  • A team player with strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional & cross-cultural environments
  • Able to manage, coach and directly develop a team as well as the unique skills of influence at all levels of the organization
