Technical Innovation Manager

Experis is currently supporting a multinational consumer goods business in their search for a Technical Innovation Manager. This is a 5 month maternity cover contract role and is a great opportunity to develop new products for some well-known brands in the personal care space. The role will be based in their Lewisville, Texas office on a hybrid basis 3 days a fortnight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as technical project lead on a number of Innovation workstreams
• Ensure all new developments meet business objectives, as well as consumer safety and regulatory requirements
• Identify new opportunities from consumer insights to meet customer and business needs, particularly with a focus on sustainability
• Ensure assigned projects have a robust risk assessment and mitigation plan
• Work with the broader R&D and Lab teams to manage projects through conception, testing to final approval

Essential Skills:

• Previous experience within R&D
• Experience in a product development
• Excellent Stakeholder management skills and ability to work with geographically diverse teams
• Strong project management skills and the drive to move things forward.
