We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager / Account Manager to join our award-winning consulting firm. Responsibilities
**Project Management:** Demonstrate a successful track record in managing large and complex consulting engagements.
**Innovative Solutions:** Apply creative thinking to solve complex technical and business problems.
**Project Planning:** Develop and communicate integrated project plans and roadmaps to establish, monitor, manage, and report key milestones, risks, and deliverables.
**Risk Management:** Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery and support the triage and resolution of critical issues that arise throughout the project.
**Hands-On Delivery:** Perform hands-on delivery work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management, as needed by the project.
**Account Strategy:** Execute significant aspects of the account strategy by owning one or more Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensuring superior project delivery.
**New Opportunities:** Proactively identify and drive new opportunities to serve clients' needs. Lead and/or execute proposal and SOW efforts and seek opportunities to introduce new or additional service offerings and capabilities.
**Stakeholder Relationships:** Seek and develop relationships with key stakeholders by immersing yourself in client culture and community events.
**Inclusive Design:** Advocate for digital accessibility and inclusive design in all projects and client interactions.
Qualifications
**Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
**Certifications:** PMP certification preferred.
**Experience:**
3+ years of proven account management or other relevant experience.
8+ years of experience in project or program management roles, preferably with full agile development life cycle experience. Consulting industry experience is a plus.
**Skills:**
Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish credibility and trust with clients.
Strong communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in managing and leading diverse teams, including remote and on-site teams from different organizations.
Ability to assess client needs, identify omissions and gaps, and design optimal solutions.
