Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Recruiting Metrics: Track and analyze recruiting metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the hiring process. Be prepared to discuss your previous metrics and how they influenced your recruitment strategies.
Problem Solving: Demonstrate the ability to solve problems independently and with minimal oversight. Show initiative in finding solutions and improving processes.
Data Utilization: Understand how to use data to influence stakeholders and make informed decisions.
Continuous Improvement: Always be willing to ask questions and seek help when needed. Strive for continuous improvement in your recruiting practices.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably with companies like Meta, Amazon, Tesla, Snap, Uber, or recruitment agencies.
Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and a deep understanding of recruiting metrics.
Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: This position requires being in the office 1-2 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely on other days.
