This individual will perform full life cycle recruiting and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, candidates, and sourcing channels.

A day in the life…
- Assist with managing the job requisition submission/approval process
- Work with hiring managers to determine/understand key job duties, position profiles, and business requirements
- Manage all aspects of a full life cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions and effectively utilize applicant tracking and onboarding systems
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting/sourcing strategies
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens with qualified applicants
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule manager phone and onsite interviews
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge and understanding of all aspects of full life cycle recruiting
- Hands-on experience recruiting for all levels ranging from new grads to staff
- Knowledge & experience with applicant tracking systems
- Fundamental sourcing skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
