Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for translating business needs into actionable technical solutions? We are looking for a skilled individual to join our Product Engineering team. In this role, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to enhance our software solutions and ensure they meet high standards.
Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into detailed engineering specifications using technical expertise.
Collaborate with Technical Product Owners, Product Managers, and Engineers to ensure alignment with business goals and acceptance criteria.
Develop essential technical documentation, including User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Data/Process Flow Diagrams.
Evaluate in-house and third-party software to explore the integration or deployment of new technologies.
Stay updated on application functionality and business workflows within your product area.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as standups, refinement, release planning, demos, and retrospectives.
Lead the triage process for incoming production support requests.
Perform other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (7+ years in software development).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and related technical details in an Agile setting.
Technical Skills: Expertise in web application, database, and API design. Familiarity with Postman or Swagger and proficiency in T-SQL for database queries.
Tools Knowledge: Experience with JIRA and Confluence for managing Agile projects, Lucid (or similar) for data/process flows, and Figma for UI designs.
Advanced Skills: Proficiency with O365 tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and a professional demeanor.
Global Collaboration: Experience working with both onshore and offshore development teams.
Problem Solver: Ability to creatively and innovatively find solutions and improve processes.
Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders across the organization.
