The Role.

This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career with a dynamic and rapidly growing company. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for our clients, helping them maximize the value of our products while solving technical issues. You'll become a product expert, with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform and SQL, and provide exceptional service through phone, email, and video support.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and eager to develop a broad skill set that combines technical troubleshooting with client relationship management. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges and building strong client relationships, we want to hear from you!

The Technical Support Specialist will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and video conferencing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SQL and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Deliver thorough, well-documented solutions and ensure timely follow-up
  • Conduct client training to help users maximize product benefits
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular touchpoints
  • Handle high volumes of email correspondence while prioritizing tasks efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with the Technical Services, Product, and Sales teams to ensure the customer’s voice is reflected in decision-making processes
  • Assist in reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of customer accounts
  • Participate in team initiatives aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of customer support
  • Handle lower-level technical service projects using SQL
  • Be open to working extended hours or flexible schedules when project demands require it

Qualifications.

  • Experience with SQL queries
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Model Driven Power Apps, Power Automate Flows, and/or PowerBI)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills; must be self-motivated and driven for results/outcomes
  • Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, high-energy and ability to learn quickly
  • Able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
  • Can organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present to clients, co-workers and management
  • Works and maintains confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a total compensation range $50,000 - $60,000.
