IT Support Engineer
PR: $22.50 -$25/hr
Contract length: 4 months
Extension: Potential to extend or convert.
Onsite/Remote: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Location: Englewood, CO, 80112
Years of experience: 3 plus
Must Haves:
- 3+ years’ setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktop/notebook/tablet hardware and software (Windows 10)
- Desktop application packaging and distribution using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager(SCCM) (need experience using SCCM to image computers)
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and related network services
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills, and Customer service and professionalism skills
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Experience managing remote desktop connectivity (RDP) and Microsoft Terminal Services
Nice to Have
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Previous experience in the Mortgage Banking industry
- Experience with application virtualization and/or VDI
- Desktop patching using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
- Experience with Cherwell, ServiceNow, or similar.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office on-premises & Office 365 support specifically Outlook, Exchange online, TEAMs
Day to Day:
- Essentially Desktop and Hardware Support at their office in Englewood.
