Our office has partnered with a global medical device leader to help expand their local Boston office adding headcount to their technical support and field service staff.

This organization has a wildly successful life-saving medical technology that is rapidly commercialized across the US as well as throughout international markets.

As our client expands their US market reach, the critical need right now is for a new technical support specialist to help with ongoing customer service and ensure 100% proper functionality.

This new critical hire will serve as the bridge between the clinician/customer transmitting invaluable user data throughout the organization across quality, manufacturing, R&D, as well as marketing and commercial to improve both legacy products and future innovation.

Our client has been consistently blossoming YOY and will have resources dedicated to expanding the technical service division offering an array of senior leadership advancement.

Desired Experience:

• Electro-mechanical device technical troubleshooting
• Remote and field-based customer support
• Personal organization workflow management skills
• **Medical device is nice to have but not required
• Customer service documentation using Salesforce "or similar CRM"
• Ability to work onsite in-office as well as travel (est ~30-40%)
