Technical Support Specialist (Level I and up)

Job Description

Excellence-focused Managed Service IT Provider for Healthcare clients is seeking a motivated Level I or higher Technician (all levels bein considered) for inbound remote support and some on-site service in support of our clients in the metro (mostly Long Island) NY area.

Skills required:

  • Phone skills: ability to be engaging on the phone. Our clients are good people who enjoy efficiency and expect personable techs.
  • Technical skills: Windows, Office, Networking, some hardware would be expected, but not crucial. Troubleshoot desktop/PC , Network problems. for higher-level techs, server and more in-depth network knowledge would be required.
  • Help desk and ticketing system experience a benefit, but not required.
  • Basic OU management with AD and Exchange, Basic Networking (Single-segment LAN environments, basic router configuration)
  • Office 365 and Web a plus, but not required.
