Reviews analyzes and evaluates information technology systems operations. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies documents reports and tracks system issues. Responsible for change management activities for assigned applications including change submission PRE/PRO validations coordination with vendor and internal teams. Manage backlog of requests and incidents for assigned applications.

Core Requirements

• 3 years banking experience
• Expertise in commercial banking and treasury services - payables receivables and liquidity products including but not limited to - integrated payables card products remote deposit capture mobile deposit ERPs Quickbooks and Sage sweep products positive pay etc.
• Experience with Service Now Jira and Confluence.
