Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly operation tasks required for ongoing functionality of software applications.
Troubleshoot errors and production problems via help desk tickets, and initiate corrective actions, along with preventive techniques where appropriate.
Responsible for creating operation run books and other documents related to production control work as needed.
Ability to escalate issues to 2nd level and above as required.
Will be on a rotational on call schedule.
Requirements
Microsoft Server 8 and higher, IIS 7.0 and higher,
Candidate should have effective verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate across different levels of the organization
Working ability to effectively recognize and manage interpersonal communication needs
Ability to analyze, resolve and document problems and resolutions
Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural teams, excellent inter-personal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation. Ability to work independently or part of a team.
Understanding of software development process, change management and incident management.
Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred.
