Position Summary
As a Telehealth Clinical Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our virtual care and telehealth initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of complex and specialized tasks related to leadership, staff education, technology management, and project and program management.

As a Telehealth Clinical Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our virtual care and telehealth initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of complex and specialized tasks related to leadership, staff education, technology management, and project and program management.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide support in the care and treatment of patients, including scheduling appointments and managing electronic orders, consults, and records.
- Track, review, and respond to electronic medical records to ensure smooth patient care.
- Active, unrestricted certification as a Medical Assistant is required.
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program.
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- At least 2 years of experience in a primary care, telemedicine, or oncology setting as a Medical Assistant.
- Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) will be provided.
