Telehealth Medical Assistant - Clinical Support Specialist

Position Summary

As a Telehealth Clinical Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our virtual care and telehealth initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of complex and specialized tasks related to leadership, staff education, technology management, and project and program management.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide support in the care and treatment of patients, including scheduling appointments and managing electronic orders, consults, and records.
  • Track, review, and respond to electronic medical records to ensure smooth patient care.

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted certification as a Medical Assistant is required.
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program.
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a primary care, telemedicine, or oncology setting as a Medical Assistant.

Additional Information

  • Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) will be provided.
