Your Role:
As a Territory Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in The Pack Labs' growth by engaging directly with wellness retailers, head shops, vape shops, and convenience stores in New York and New Jersey. This is your chance to leverage your passion for the hemp industry, build solid relationships, and expand our market presence through strategic sales and customer interactions. Representing two of our standout brands, Delta Munchies and Imperial Extraction, you will be instrumental in showcasing the unique benefits of our products and enhancing brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative strategies to meet and exceed sales goals as established by leadership
Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with managers and other retail partners, becoming their go-to expert on The Pack Labs’ product offerings, including Delta Munchies and Imperial Extraction
Educate and engage customers on our brands and product lines, maximizing sales opportunities and fostering brand loyalty
Organize and attend trade shows, pop-ups, and other promotional events to strengthen brand visibility and sales efforts
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory compliance to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the curve
Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and report on sales progress
Efficiently manage travel and scheduling throughout New York and New Jersey to optimize sales opportunities and customer relationships
Who We're Looking For:
Energetic and passionate communicators who excel in public speaking and customer engagement
Self-driven individuals with a strong desire to promote hemp-derived cannabinoid products, demonstrating a clear understanding of the industry
Organized professionals who can manage multiple tasks and adapt to varying environments, from retail settings to large industry events
Candidates with a strong background in customer service, sales, or marketing, ideally with experience as brand ambassadors in the hemp, cannabinoid, or related consumer sectors
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B environments related to hemp, or similar regulated industries
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a strong ability to close deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Proficient with CRM systems, such as Hubspot or Salesforce, and comfortable with Google Workspace or MS Office
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel extensively within the region
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary of $48,000 - $60,000 plus uncapped commission
On-target earnings (OTE) between $90,000 and $125,000 in the first year
