Test Manager- CCAR/Capital Modeling

Role Title: Test Manager- CCAR

Duration: Until EOY with high chance of ext for another 6-12 months

Preferred Location: Remote with 3 days a month travel to Buffalo, NY (expenses covered)- Work EST time zone

Role Description:

We are looking for a Test Manager to coordinate all testing and integrations for a large financial transformation project. This Test Manager will be responsible for the testing in the capital modeling and CCAR area.

Drive, implement and have those tough convos when things go off the rails

Someone who is strategic and keeps the team moving along from a testing process perspective- meet testing standards that are required.

Requirements:

- Strong experience as a Test Manager with heavy banking industry experience

• Need experience with Capital Modeling and CCAR
• Large scale experience developing a full testing/implementation plan across the program.
• Jira experience is highly preferred- need to have test management tools like qtest, azure -DevOps- anything that isn't an excel spreadsheet
• Experience with test automation tools not architect level
