ICE interns are paired with more experienced staff members in order to provide guidance and support throughout the internship process. They will report directly to a team lead who will provide regular feedback, special training, guidance, evaluation, and support. The lead will provide information about their career path, as well as assisting the intern with exploring career opportunities at the firm, setting goals, developing contacts, and identifying resources.

We foster collaborative learning environment where interaction with our dedicated team of engineers encourages students to develop ideas and make mistakes. Collaborative learning also involves learning from peers and fellow interns. The primary goal of the internship is to gain as much experience as possible. While an intern may not have major tasks assigned to them, they should pay close attention to all the steps that go into completing the project.
