We're seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Remote Travel Advisor to join our team at Luxury Escape. As a key member of our travel team, you'll be responsible for building travel itineraries, communicating with clients, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements.
Responsibilities
Assist in drafting personalized emails to communicate with clients.
Conduct thorough research on destinations, culinary offerings, and activities.
Liaise with suppliers to coordinate bespoke travel arrangements.
Maintain accurate client travel documents and invoices.
Book airfare, hotels, rental cars, and ground transportation for clients, leveraging preferred vendors to optimize costs.
Collaborate as a team member to support various travel-related tasks including ticket processing and managing travel credits.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications:
Preferred degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or Business.
Essential experience in the travel industry with a strong grasp of travel logistics.
Genuine passion for travel and inspiring others to explore the world.
Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Self-driven and adept at thriving in a remote work environment.
Ability to set and achieve goals within specified timelines.
Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
