Experience:** 2 years of outpatient oncology experience required
License:** Valid permanent California license must be in hand at time of submission; Temporary licensure not accepted

Job Description
Participate in the Patient and Family Support Program, assisting those receiving cancer care, survivors, and their families to confront cancer's unique challenges.
Adhere strictly to start date and scheduling policies, with no requests for time off within the first two weeks.
Ensure all required vaccinations and booster shots are up-to-date before the start date.
Comply with the facility's submission requirements, including a detailed report on licensing or background checks if applicable.
Previous permanent employees must have been away from the facility for at least 24 months before they are eligible for travel positions.
Block scheduling cannot be accommodated, and holiday time off is approved at management's discretion.
Orientation:** 12 hours, non-billable.
