About the Role:  

We are looking for a Travel Repair Technician to perform general maintenance of InBody products both onsite in our Cerritos office and also at client locations and to perform troubleshooting and basic repairs. You will be responsible for providing technical solutions regarding operational and troubleshooting aspects to our clients located in multiple sites across the United States. This will include interpreting diagnostic reports, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, preparing reports and invoices, and discussing progress with clients. Being self-motivated and working unsupervised will be major aspects of the role.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our office located in Cerritos, CA with requirements to travel. This position reports to the Product Repair Supervisor.



Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Perform on-site maintenance and services on InBody equipment which include, but is not limited to, technical inspection, repair, and calibration
  • Track, organize, and log all services and repairs performed
  • Coordinate the shipping and receiving of inventory
  • Assembleand disassembleproducts for service repairs  
  • Prepare reports and other data for accurate information and recordkeeping  
  • Work with team members and other departments regarding technical and customer service-related issues 
  • Provide and maintain positive relations with on-site clients

Essential Qualifications:    

  • Five or more (5+) years of experience in product support or repair preferably in the medical device or electronic field  
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines  
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment  
  • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills   
  • Ability to primarily be self-motivated and work unsupervised, but also work with others as part of a team when needed
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and passport
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of regular work schedule
  • Available Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm
  • Available for occasional overtime as the job requires
  • Ability to occasionally lift 50 lbs



Bonus Qualifications:  

  • Knowledge of CRM or help desk/ticketing systems

Pay Rate Range: 

  • $22 - $28 per hour
