Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Truckload Broker in the Columbus, OH market. The Truckload Broker will be responsible for serving as a liaison between shippers and carriers, coordinating and overseeing the transportation process, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely delivery. The Truckload Broker will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and carriers. The Redden Group offers a complete benefit package including health, vision and dental insurance along with a 401K program with matching potential.
Qualifications
1-3 years’ experience with truckload brokerage
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and carriers
Knowledge of the transportation industry and truckload operations
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in logistics software and systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
