Role Overview
As a UI/UX Designer at Sage Care Inc., you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of our applications and websites. You will be responsible for designing user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience across both mobile and desktop platforms. Your work will involve collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create designs that meet user needs and business goals. Responsibilities
Design user interfaces for both mobile and desktop applications.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand design requirements and constraints.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
Ensure a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make informed design decisions.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Provide design support throughout the development process to ensure design quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience designing for both mobile and desktop platforms.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design and a range of design projects.
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with responsive design and designing for various screen sizes and resolutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Work Model and Location
Location: Palo Alto, CA
Work Model: Hybrid role with three days in-office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and two days remote.
