Key Responsibilities

  • Design Excellence: Create and deliver high-quality UI designs for web-based enterprise applications, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with client requirements.
  • Client Interaction: Conduct client meetings to gather requirements, present design concepts, and receive feedback. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into effective design solutions.
  • Lead Design Sessions: Facilitate and lead design sessions, including brainstorming workshops, wireframing sessions, and design reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless design process.
  • User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Use feedback to iterate and improve UI designs.
  • Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively. Utilize tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals. Provide guidance and support to junior designers.
  • Industry Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest UI design trends, techniques, and technologies. Apply best practices and innovative design approaches to deliver outstanding user experiences.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed design documentation, including style guides, design specifications, and interaction guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in UI design, with a strong focus on web-based enterprise applications. Experience in creating mock-ups, storyboards, user flows, and process flows. Experience in user-centric UI/UX related areas.
  • Proficiency: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and facilitate design sessions.
  • Understanding: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Research: Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • User Interface Design: Must have experience in designing user-centric, easy to use, simple, intuitive, consistent user interface for applications.
