Summary: Seeking a Senior Systems Engineers to support its newly implemented Technical Operations Center (TOC). This position will eventually require some on-call 24/7 support. Details and specific hours to follow.

CareFirst’s TOC oversees monitoring and system health of all systems and platforms at CareFirst including Networks and Applications. TOC’s responsibilities include’

  • Enterprise monitoring
  • Major incident response management
  • Event monitoring (traditional NOC responsibilities)
  • 5+ years of experience in an enterprise NOC (Network Operating Center) and/or TOC (Technology operating Center) environment (Candidates without a Bachelor’s degree will require an additional 4 years of professional experience)
  • Experience building out capabilities in a NOC (Network Operating Center) and/or TOC (Technology operating Center)
  • Performance monitoring experience with Dynatrace and ITSM experience using ServiceNow
