Job Description


The US Loan/CLO Operations Analyst role is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in New York City and be involved in building a new US asset management business.


The US Loan/CLO Operations Analyst will be an active member of the Polus Operations team, manage all aspects of US loan and CLO operations, and collaborate closely with team members in London.


Core Responsibilities


  • Manage operational processes for both CLO warehouses and CLO transactions
  • Maintain, monitor and reconcile reports to capture trading, cash, positions and portfolio compliance
  • Coordinate with external accounting and administration vendors
  • Review and facilitate loan trading/settlement processes and funding requests


Key Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in CLO and loan operations and administration
  • Strong communication skills combined with understanding of credit products, loan structures and credit agreements
  • Detail-oriented and demonstrated ability to take initiative and thrive in a flat team-based environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US


Compensation


The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $125,000, which is exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. Base salary for a candidate will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including the candidate’s qualifications, experience, training, education, skills and other job-related factors. Polus reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
