We are now looking for a dedicated Part-Time User Support Associate to help us maintain and improve user satisfaction as we continue to expand toward 1 million users and beyond! Remote or in-person is available for this role.

As a User Support Associate, You Will
- Provide exceptional user support and address user inquiries effectively
- Assist in the development and implementation of user retention strategies
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve user issues promptly
- Gather and analyze user feedback to improve our product
- Work closely with our marketing and product teams to communicate user needs and preferences
- 1+ year(s) of experience in customer support or a related role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to user issues
- Experience or familiarity with sports betting, as well as a strong understanding of the Pikkit product is required
- This is a part-time role and we’re looking for roughly 10-20 hours per week
- Flexibility in working hours, with some availability during evenings and weekends, may be needed
- Remote work is available, though preference may be given to candidates in specific time zones to ensure coverage
