About the Role:
Job Title: UX Designer.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Elevate design concepts to HiFi interfaces using Fluent UI design system in Figma, ready for testing.
• Create and manage a reusable component library in Figma for design consistency.
• Align design efforts with project requirements for user-centric solutions.
• Build Figma prototypes for usability testing, incorporating interaction design.
• Update designs responsively and quickly based on feedback from UX test sessions, team reviews, and other feedback forums.
• Efficiently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
Must Haves:
- Minimum 6 years’ experience with Figma [Must have been used within the last year]
- Minimum 6 years’ experience with Design Library Components [Fluent UI preferred, but other design systems will be acceptable]
- Minimum 4 years’ experience with creating prototypes in Figma.
Location: Remote (EST hours)
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $118,000- $128,000 Annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
