POSITION SUMMARY:
Our Redmond-based client is looking for a UX Designer for a Remote based position. 

• Deliver high-quality design assets (UX & visual) on time.
• Utilize Figma to create designs and prototypes.
• Create scenarios, process flows, information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, UI pattern libraries, interaction guidelines and other artifacts required to develop and evolve designs for a set of enterprise products, and services.
• Work collaboratively on a larger design team made up of interaction designers, visual designers, motion designers and front-end developers focused on end-to-end experiences.
• Follow coherent patterns and guidelines or help create them as applicable.
• Execute all design activities with high-quality and thoroughness.
• develop, create, and modify user interfaces and design assets for the organization.

• Must have minimum 10 years’ experience with Visual Design Skills, but would consider candidates with less years of experience if they have strong portfolio.
• Must have minimum 10 years’ experience with UX/UI Design Skills, but would consider candidates with less years of experience if they have strong portfolio.
• Must be proficient with FIGMA.
• Should have experience in software design and development.
• Should have experience in professional UX/UI development.
• Should have experience with visual design for digital purposes (PPT design, brand design, logo design, icon creation).
• Should have strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Good fundamental design skills (typography, iconography, composition, color, layout, etc.) and creation of a variety of visual mood boards, storyboards, creative briefs, and motion and visual guidelines.
• Ability to quickly produce elegant and easily understood diagrams, wireframes, concept maps, prototypes, interaction guidelines and other related artifacts for a strong interaction point-of-view
• Ability to create videos and video assets is preferred.
• Ability to design in 2D and 3D is preferred.
• Should have Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
• Should have strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UX (depth and breadth) & visual design work.

• A competitive pay range of $75/hr- $80/hr (depending on experience).
• 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
