Job Description
COMC is looking for a UX designer to help us improve all our properties, from our customer-facing website and mobile apps to the internal tools used by our associates to run every aspect of our business, both existing systems and systems that we have planned for development. This position will report to the Head of Product Development.
Job Responsibilities
Consult with users and stakeholders of our applications and system to understand their goals and frustrations
Compile and present user research results to stakeholders
Develop personas and usage scenarios
Conduct usability testing
Create UX designs, including wireframes, storyboards, maps, and screen flows
Work closely with the engineering team to identify areas for Ux improvement, and collaborate on implementation and testing of changes.
Analyze user feedback and activity on an ongoing basis to enhance the user experience
Assist with content development
Job Qualifications
Experience with UX design for websites – 4+ years
Experience with UX design for desktop applications – 4+ years
Experience with mobile UX design (both iOS and Android) – 4+ years
Experience with graphic design is a big plus!
Additional Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Knowledgeable about professional sporting industry (NBA, NFL, MLB etc.) is a plus.
Interested in learning about the trading card industry.
Work Location
Preferred Location – Can be either Remote or onsite in Washington state.
Opportunity for Remote work – This can either be an onsite role in WA or remote anywhere in the United States.
