UX Designer

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

Develop user-centered detailed designs that are aligned to the Client design language and specified for Eng development

Work collaboratively and closely with other designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to define requirements, reach consensus on key decisions, and deliver design work that’s aligned with business goals, technical feasibility, and overall product vision

Work with engineers during feature development to address edge cases and implementation questions

Mandatory:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

4+ years of experience in product design or UX.

Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.

Outstanding portfolio of thoughtfully designed products, demonstrating advanced design skills, including strategic thinking, high quality deliverables and process.

Nice to Have/ Skill/Experience/Education:

Experience working on consumer-focused products.

Natural communicator who can keep teams in the loop, tells compelling stories and clearly articulates design rationale Specialization in interaction design and product thinking, with solid visual design skills and experience playing a role in prototyping and user research.

Experience working within and contributing to design systems, as well as building accessible products.

Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.

Curious, open-minded and ego-free professional with a growth mindset

Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
