Roles And Responsibilities
- Deal Sourcing and Evaluation:
- Proactively source and screen investment opportunities, conduct market research, and identify high-potential startups aligned with our investment thesis.
- Evaluate business models, technology innovations, financial projections, and competitive landscapes to assess investment viability and strategic fit.
- Due Diligence and Investment Execution:
- Lead due diligence processes, including financial analysis, valuation modeling, risk assessment, and legal documentation review.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and recommendations for investment committee review and decision-making.
- Portfolio Management and Value Creation:
- Monitor and manage portfolio companies, provide strategic guidance, and support operational initiatives to drive growth, scalability, and market leadership.
- Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to optimize business strategies, operational efficiencies, and financial performance.
- Investor Relations and Reporting:
- Serve as a key liaison with investors, providing updates on portfolio performance, investment activities, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present performance reports, quarterly updates, and investment outlooks for investor meetings and communications.
- Strategic Planning and Business Development:
- Contribute to the development of investment strategies, sector analyses, and thematic research to inform portfolio diversification and growth opportunities.
- Identify potential exit strategies, M&A opportunities, and liquidity events to maximize investment returns and portfolio value.
- Risk Management and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, fund policies, and governance standards throughout the investment lifecycle.
- Manage investment risks, monitor industry trends, and anticipate market shifts to mitigate risks and optimize investment outcomes.

- Leadership qualities with the ability to lead investment initiatives, mentor junior team members, and collaborate effectively across teams.
