Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, and engage high-caliber candidates for roles within the venture capital industry, including investment analysts, associates, and partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with venture capital firms, start-ups, and industry professionals to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to source candidates from various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, set expectations, and streamline the hiring process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive compensation packages to provide strategic advice to both clients and candidates.
