The Vice President will oversee agency output to ensure quality control and client ROI, be a part of the firm’s executive leadership team and supervise, train and grow team members. Role and Responsibilities
Lead the strategy, development and implementation of large-scale and highly strategic client programs.
Provide counsel to all account groups on judgmental situations with clients and media.
Daily review of trending coverage; monitoring progress of initiatives.
Supervise account leads and oversee account activities; Develop and maintain appropriate budgets to fit scopes of work.
Serve as a mentor and support professional development of staff.
Be an active contributor to firm initiatives and help drive innovation in client services across practice areas.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications or related field
Minimum 10 years work experience in strategic communications, corporate communications, media or similar field
Strong verbal communications skills and executive presence
Strategic thinker and strong project manager
Highly motivated self-starter with strong time management skills
Salary range: $125,000-$150,000K based on experience
