Ruder Finn is seeking a Vice President, Integrated Marketing. The ideal candidate will design, execute, and measure results-oriented digital marketing campaigns across a wide range of online advertising channels, including programmatic, paid search, paid social, and more. You will be part of a fast-growing and award-winning team that helps clients achieve their business goals and demonstrate ROI against KPIs. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan and execute comprehensive campaign strategies across various paid marketing channels, including digital advertising, social marketing, search, email marketing and more to drive consideration and conversion while supporting overarching awareness programs
  • Act as key client contact, continually fostering client-agency relationship to build trust and become a valuable resource to clients
  • Lead the development of content, create messages and write copy to achieve funnel goals in line with campaign requirements, channel strategies, and target audience segments.
  • Work with team and client to continuously strategize and optimize paid digital channels, including search, programmatic, social, SEM, native content partnerships and influencers, based on data and learnings to meet defined outcomes
  • Integrate e-commerce proven tactics into broader paid campaigns, employing knowledge to drive decisive actions by customers
  • Implement proper tagging and tracking for media performance and measurement across all platforms utilized (including, but not limited to, paid search, YouTube, Google Shop, affiliate, display, email, paid social, and referral programs)
  • Create learning agendas and conduct creative testing plans grounded on audience feedback and real-time performance metrics
  • Bring clearly defined metrics and measurement to life in insights-based reports to tell a strong campaign narrative against outcomes and learning, measure and report marketing campaign performance against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Conduct internal stakeholder and external research to continue to identify trends and competitor marketing movements that can impact campaigns in real time
  • Offer strategic input on websites to align with marketing campaigns, drive traffic, enhance user experience, keyword and campaign strategy and testing, event/conversion tracking
  • Provide recommendations regarding consumer behavior and online shopping optimization to minimize obstacles for customers navigating non-Amazon websites
  • Manage client retail and revenue data with media performance numbers, presenting comprehensive reports that connect media strategies with real-world results
  • Oversee shopping campaigns and manage catalog feed integrations across all media outlets, addressing platform rejections and optimizing fields to ensure peak performance and avoid account suspensions
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Communications and Analytics teams to develop new and creative growth strategies to acquire and retain customers
  • Lead yearly brand planning, including development of slides and presentation to client
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of clients' businesses and industries, and the industry issues that directly and indirectly affect the client
  • Drive new business and participate in new business meetings
  • Stay updated on the changing aspects of digital marketing and offer guidance to client(s) while understanding the marketing/promotional professional education initiatives and strategies
  • Write clear and concise creative briefs, plans, and strategies


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience with a blend B2B and B2C marketing
  • Must have experience with Shopify, Magento, or other eCommerce platforms
  • Strong knowledge of the digital advertising landscape including SEM, Paid Social, and programmatic/display/native
  • Expert in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Expert with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and Bing Ads
  • Excellent writing, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to speak knowledgeable with high-level executives internally and externally
  • Ability to set measurable objectives and key performance indicators based on business needs
  • Ability to quickly solve problems and anticipate them before they arise
  • Detail-oriented, organized and dedicated; proactive and enthusiastic with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines; a self-starter
  • Understanding of consumer journey at website and conversation, with experience in tracking events/conversion
  • Display and encourage creativity and innovation in self and others
  • Hands on leadership experience with a passion for employee growth
  • SEO knowledge/background a plus
  • Marketing Automation Systems, such as Salesforce, etc. a plus
