We have an invitation waiting for an experienced Vice President of Marketing. The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing EB’s overall marketing strategy and overseeing all aspects of marketing across multiple channels (e-commerce, specialty stores, and department stores) in the US, Canada, and Europe. Areas of responsibility include marketing organization & operation development, performance marketing strategy, omni channel GTM planning & budget allocation, brand marketing, omnichannel campaign positioning, digital marketing & e-commerce support, public relations & influencer marketing, data analytics & customer insights, social media & community engagement, and product marketing.


We are looking for an inspiring Marketing professional with a proven track record of building innovative and differentiated brands in the retail industry. You have the unique ability to weave EB’s mission, vision, and unique products into a compelling narrative that inspires customers emotionally, making them feel personally connected to EB’s brand and products. This approach goes beyond showcasing products; it highlights EB’s values, purpose, and our unique approach to building products that make HER life better.


Strategic Leadership & Growth:

  • Market Expansion: Spearheaded marketing strategies for expansion in the US and EU markets, including localized campaigns, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.
  • Innovation & Scaling: Scale marketing efforts in alignment with company growth and revenue goals and identify new opportunities for market penetration, customer acquisition, and brand visibility.
  • Business Planning & P&L Management: Build and manage a profit-focused strategic omni channel marketing budget that successfully balances full-funnel marketing tactics while centering demonstrable return on investments
  • Operational & Organizational Development: Develop and manage marketing operational processes & systems to increase the efficiency of team & budgets while simultaneously managing the day-to-day needs as we scale into an omnichannel organization.
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s growth objectives and brand vision.
  • Innovation and Scalability: We seek a VP of Marketing who thrives on leveraging non-traditional, hyper-efficient marketing strategies to drive rapid growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled in identifying innovative, data-driven approaches that scale quickly, optimize resources, and create maximum impact.
  • Brand Development: Strengthen and evolve the brand positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and market differentiation across all customer touchpoints.

E-commerce & Digital Marketing:

  • Drive Digital Growth: Lead the digital marketing strategy to increase online visibility and drive sales across owned e-commerce platforms.
  • Optimize Customer Experience: Collaborate with the e-commerce team to enhance the customer experience through personalized content, digital campaigns, retargeting, and data-driven marketing tactics.
  • Performance Marketing: Manage paid search, SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing to boost conversion rates and increase customer lifetime value.

Department Store & Specialty Store Marketing:

  • Retail Support: Develop marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and brand engagement in specialty and major department stores, ensuring synergy between in-store and online channels.
  • In-Store Activations: Plan and execute in-store marketing activations, events, and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales in physical locations.
  • Retail Partnerships: Collaborate with retail partners on co-branded marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent execution of brand messaging.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead Marketing Team: Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing strategic direction and leadership across creative, digital, retail, and PR functions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and merchandising teams to align marketing strategies with product launches, inventory management, and business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize ROI and achieve revenue targets.

Data-Driven Marketing & Performance Tracking:

  • Data & Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research and consumer insights analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and understand shifting consumer preferences.
  • KPI Tracking: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns across all channels, ensuring alignment with overall company goals




REQUIREMENTS

  • 15+ years of marketing leadership supporting omni-channel in the intimates or apparel industry.
  • Proven experience scaling a company from a startup to over $100M in revenue. Adept at leading cross-functional teams, optimizing marketing spend for ROI, and driving measurable growth in competitive markets. Experience in fast-paced environments and a data-driven approach to decision-making is essential.
  • Expertise in brand building and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Passion for consumer insights, data, and cultural trends to help shape bigger ideas and drive the business.
  • Must have a curious mindset with a passion to continuously test, learn, and push the boundaries to drive innovation.
  • Flexible and positive attitude; able to work independently and within teams and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Player-coach mentality: willingness to roll up your sleeves and get work done.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate obstacles and also quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas.
  • Proven ability to assess talent, build talent capabilities, and coach/mentor and motivate/inspire a high-performing team
