Job Title: Vice President of Marketing

Location: Remote (United States)

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Job Overview: One of our portfolio is seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing strategies and drive growth for our PaaS company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in demand generation, content marketing, and sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
• Lead demand generation efforts to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
• Oversee content marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and thought leadership
• Partner closely with the sales team to provide enablement tools and support
• Manage and optimize marketing budget and ROI across all channels
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in SaaS marketing, with a focus on B2B
• Proven success in demand generation and content marketing strategies
• Strong track record of enabling and partnering with sales teams
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Data-driven approach to marketing with a focus on measurable results

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
• Experience with PaaS
• Proven growth marketing experience in early stage companies
• 5+ years in senior marketing leadership roles
