About the Position

Langner is seeking a highly experienced marketing executive to lead our marketing and demand generation efforts and resources. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and measuring integrated marketing campaigns to generate new leads, support direct and channel sales efforts, and drive revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a creative and technical marketer with a proven track record of implementing and executing marketing and demand generation programs at enterprise software companies, with demonstrable impact on revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for planning and executing Langner marketing and demand/lead generation strategies and collateral, including:

· Lead Inbound Demand Generation and Conversion. Lead the development, execution and optimization of multi-channel inbound demand generation programs via Content, SEO, Social, and

other inbound methods. Recommend and drive content strategy. Lead the conversation strategies and efforts to convert the traffic to MQLs and then to SQLs.

· Lead all Paid Marketing efforts including SEM, Retargeting, ABM. Plan and deploy paid programs to achieve growth targets including campaign ad development, landing page optimization testing and analyses

· Product Marketing. Work with the product team to develop product marketing positioning and content. Support sales team with product marketing support

· Sales Enablement & Support. Partner with Sales and Channel team to provide marketing support, create content, run drip and paid campaigns

· Market planning and strategy. Work with sales and product team to develop market analyses, segmentation and strategies

· KPIs and dashboards for daily/weekly/monthly monitoring. Track, manage and progress relative to ROI, revenue attribution and campaign investments.


Qualifications

*** Please do not apply if your current position is not VP of Marketing for an Enterprise Software product company ***

· Minimum of 7 years of experience in Enterprise Software marketing. This is a hard requirement. Don't apply if you haven't worked in marketing for Enterprise Software, meaning software products that are used as strategic applications or platforms by large enterprises.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing cyber security products, or operations technology software.

· Experience with inbound and outbound marketing programs, including account-based marketing programs

· Proven track record as a VP of Marketing or Director of Marketing

· Proven work experience with Operational Technology products and customers

· Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns

· Excellent communication skills
