ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:


  • Organic Growth: drive organic growth for agencies in the region and measure tangible value delivered through growth projects
  • Platform Adoption: drive utilization of Renaissance products and services (escalating issues as needed)
  • Member Retention: retain 95% of agencies by ensuring member agent satisfaction with Renaissance products and services
  • Agency Planning: (volume-based monetization & premium aggregation): cascade carrier goals to each member agency to achieve revenue targets through agency planning activities
  • Member Integration: deliver on goals to integrate existing and new members with the Renaissance platform
  • Service Offering Upsell: upsell agencies to broader service level offering to drive member agent satisfaction
  • Works in close partnership with Regional Carrier Broker Partnership leaders to ensure that regional carrier goals are achieved by the individual agencies, as well as the Service Delivery teams to ensure satisfaction and adoption of the products and services.
  • Responsible for leading and guiding Growth Advisors and Member Success Partners to achieve organization and regional goals
  • Represents the firm with professional associations, carriers, and industry educational and networking meetings across the region


QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in years of experience and training
  • Minimum of 10+ years of agency focused property and casualty insurance industry experience with an insurance company and/or deep familiarity with insurance agency growth and operations with an advanced understanding of P&C product lines, market and industry trends, and federal/state regulations to design and execute growth initiatives and optimize agency services. Deep understanding of how agencies and carriers work together
  • Experience leading multiple projects that span client stakeholders, including internal senior leadership and external influencers
  • Demonstrated ability to secure and maintain professional work relationships with members and interact within all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team, evaluating and balancing team and individual workloads through effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Experience in promoting and supporting continuous improvement focused on quality, workflow processes, and efficiencies
  • Capability and experience in leveraging resources including people, technology, research, and data to maximize performance
  • Possesses excellent organizational skills to simultaneously manage several projects, provide successful outcomes, and accurately document all activity in a timely manner
  • Confidently and effectively communicates with a professional demeanor through oral and written means with a diverse range of individuals both internally and externally having superior negotiation skills and experience
  • Responsive to member needs and fosters a positive experience through a clear understanding of a client’s situation, perception, and expectation. Member is the focal point of all decisions related to delivering products, services, and experiences to create member satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of agency management systems such as Vertafore AMS360, Applied Epic and EZLynx is a plus
