Responsibilities:
- Analyze and define market segmentation and potential
- Evaluate and implement go-to-market strategy including eCommerce strategy
- Manage tactical execution of sales and marketing team, including opportunity to further augment current marketing talent
- Establish strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve objectives for products and service in coordination with global sales and marketing goals for the wide range of end markets
- Develop and executes strategic sales and marketing programs to achieve stated objectives regarding revenue, profitability, and market share, tracking key metrics that show effectiveness of strategy and campaigns
- Manage sales and marketing budget and negotiates contract terms with outside marketing agencies and suppliers
- Manage structured data for sales team to drive effectiveness with distributor management, pricing, opportunity pipelines, and demand forecasting
- Oversee market pricing and production of price lists
- Coordinate closely with sales department to ensure that sales training aligns with marketing messages
- Ensure new product development launches are executed seamlessly, collaborating with sales, new product development, supply chain, and product management teams
- Provide input regarding product management
- Oversee execution of promotional activities including electronic media, trade show, point-of-purchase displays, and signage
- Oversee customer database and approves the use of internal and external mailing lists
- Help establish and maintain consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, and events internally and externally

Required Education and Experience
- B.S. degree in Sales Management, Marketing or related field
- 10+ years of experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in marketing and/or sales operations, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- A meaningful amount of business travel is required
